Lightweight Rubber Covered Layflat Delivery Hose

Construction:
Jacket: 100% Polyester high tenacity yarn, circular woven warp and weft threads reinforced, multiple twisted. Maximum change in length 3%. Maximum change in diameter 3%.
Inner Lining: Two-component system consisting of black NBR-synthetic rubber and white NBR-synthetic adhesive. The lining guarantees a smooth surface and low friction loss.
Exterior Cover:
High quality NBR-synthetic smooth rubber for increased abrasion resistance. Cover is completely sealed and will not absorb water.

Colour:

  • Standard colour is RED.


Properties:

  • Resistant to oil, fuel, acids, alkaline and chemicals.

  • No water absorption due to sealed cover (without pinholes).

  • Very high abrasion resistance and extremely long service life.

  • Low friction loss.

  • Produced with very low twist.

  • Ageing and ozone resistant - weather resistant.

  • Minimum maintenance and easy to clean.

  • Requires no drying after use.

  • Cold resistant to -30oC.

  • Heat resistant up to +80oC.

  • Easy to repair (repair material and vulcanizer on request).

  • Applicable standards: BS6391 type 2, DIN 14 811, NEN 2242, prEN 1924 class 3.


Applications:

  • Municipal fire brigades, industrial fire brigades, shipboard and marine industry, refineries, construction sites and general industrial use.
